Chai Baby

 

Thank you for your interest in Chai Baby!

Chai Baby is a program that reaches out to any family, affiliated or unaffiliated, with at least one Jewish parent that is expecting a newborn or has just given birth to a new baby. Chai Baby gives gift bags filled with goodies and information about the Jewish community for the newborn and parents.

Chai Baby offers families of newborns a connection to the community at a pivotal time in their lives. For some, the Chai Baby welcome bags may be their first introduction to the Portland Jewish community and will open doors for opportunities for immediate and future involvement—whether it’s religious, social, cultural or educational.

If you or someone you know is pregnant or has had a baby in the last 12 months or has adopted a baby in the last year please fill out the form below or contact Eden Samiee, Executive Assistant, at esamiee@pjaproud.org to sign up for a Chai Baby bag.
