All these benefits come without the stress and strain on the body associated with land-based exercise.
You don’t need to know how to swim to enjoy fitness in the water. The MJCC has a unique mix and wide range of classes on offer, in both warm water and cool, shallow water and deep.
Aquatic exercise is easier on the body's joints thanks to a body's buoyancy in the water. The MJCC has a variety of classes and lessons to keep you fit and feeling good!
