FITNESS ASSESSMENTS - Take Charge of Your Health

Fitness Assessment: The Fitness Assessment at the MJCC is designed to give you a snapshot of what your fitness level is today.  A Certified Personal Trainer will assess your endurance, strength, flexibility and body composition. $39, (G: $54)

Fitness Assessment Package:  Get a Fitness Assessment AND two post-assessment Personal Training sessions to help you achieve your goals. $99, (G: $144)

Amenities: Adult Cardio Fitness Center

• Precor® and Matrix® cardiovascular exercise equipment
• 22 Studio cycling bicycles
• 2 Group exercise studios
• IGNITE Private Small Group Training Studio with exclusive use of rip:60TM suspension training
• Private Pilates studio with 2 Stott® Reformers
• 12 personal viewing televisions
• 4 LCD Cardio Theater televisions
Bring your headphones and listen to music or watch your own personal TV while you exercise!


Locker Rooms

• Equipped with sauna, steam room, whirlpool and digilock lockers
• Free towel service
• Long-term half-locker rentals available ($9/mo). See guest services for details.

 

Classes are Free to members and day pass users. No registration required.
No classes on all building closure dates, administrative office closure dates and limited building hours dates.
