Team Captains are to complete a Team Registration Form and submit it with at least a $100 deposit. Team registration fee for an 8 game session is $610.
The MJCC Soccer Leagues for all ages and divisions use player's cards.
To purchase a player's card, a Waiver of Participation must be filled out along with a fee of $10 for adult, $5 for Youth/HS or $3 for a one day temporary card.
The player's card will need to be renewed annually from date of signing

Team registration fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. Registration is on a first Come, first serve basis - with current teams getting first priority if registered by the deadline.
The balance of the team fee is due before the third game of the season. A $50 late charge will be imposed on teams paying their balance later than their third game.
There is an $8 Referee fee per game payable directly to the referee prior to the start of each game.
Plan on being at your first game at least 15 minutes in advance to assure all players are verified.
No individual will be allowed to participate in a league game until a Waiver & Release of Liability form (player card) has been filled out completely.
