EIGHTH GRADE ISRAEL TRIP TZEDAKAH PROJECT

For the 8th grade Tzedakah Project we have chosen to collect and donate items to the organization, A Package From Home. This organization’s mission is to strengthen the spirit of each Israeli soldier and to show our appreciation for the sacrifices they are making. 8th graders will be collecting travel sized toiletries such as: toothpaste, toothbrushes, men’s deodorant, shampoo, lip balm and candies – Mike and Ike’s and small M&M packages. Please bring items to the PJA Lobby by February 21st.

Thank you,
8th grade Tzedakah Team

CONTINUING MATHCOUNTS

For those parents who have 6th-8th grade kids who love math or want to have kids who love math.  The MathCounts club was a great success this past quarter--both of my girls really enjoyed it.  I will be taking over the MathCounts club from Tracy Wygant beginning February 16.  We will work on challenging math problems individually and in groups.  The club will be held Wednesdays, 3:45-4:45 pm. Please sign up in the office!
