HOST A FOREIGN EXCHANGE STUDENT!
A local educational travel nonprofit is looking for a family to host an Italian high school student in a kosher home. There’s no payment to the family but, as other PJA families can attest, it’s a great opportunity for a family to open their home and hearts to a foreign student. If you are interested, please contact Alix Nathan at 503.222.9803 or contact anathan@edutrav.org.
PJA YEARBOOK ON SALE - Now through April 1!
The PJA Yearbook presale invites families and students to purchase their yearbook now at the discounted price of $15.00, which will guarantee a copy. The presale will run through April 1. Yearbooks will be available for sale again at the end of the school year, but will be on a first come, first serve basis, and at an increased rate of $18.00. This year’s yearbook will feature preschool through grade 8 and the theme is time! The 8th grader yearbook staff is hard at work, designing a high-quality book that represents the school year. Use attached order form to purchase your yearbook now. Turn in your form and money to the front office.
PJA YEARBOOK ADS ON SALE - Now through April 1!
Purchase an ad to support this year’s yearbook! The proceeds from ads will help offset the costs in producing a high-quality book. Costs: $36.00 half-page; $18.00 ¼-page; $10.00 for 2-line “shout outs.” The yearbook staff will take your ad order through email. Contact the yearbook advisor, Sarah Blattner, at sblattner@pjaproud.org .
