Enroll Your Child in PJA Afterschool!
Enrollment at PJA Afterschool programs remains open throughout the school year, provided there is space available.
To receive information about enrolling in 2024-25, please fill out our Inquire Now form.
Enrollment Process for All Programs:
- Fill out an Inquire Now Form
- PJA Afterschool Administration will reach out to you with links, forms, and specific information about enrolling in our programs within a few business days.
- After submitting Enrollment Forms, we will contact you with either a waitlist notice or confirmation notice. If we have space in the program and confirm your child, we immediately charge a registration fee.
- We will then put you into contact with our site-based staff who can answer specific questions and get you ready for your first day!
Upon enrolling your child in our programs we ask that you carefully read our Program Handbook for all enrollment information as well as our standard program policies and procedures. We also ask that families review our Program Calendar upon enrolling. The calendar indicates when our program will be closed and/or offering Full-Day Care on Non-School Days.
Please note:
- Signatures & initials are required to complete forms. At least one emergency contact is required.
- Completed enrollment means agreeing to our program policies and parent/guardian expectations.
Sibling Discounts: - PPS families receive a 10% Sibling Discount applied to the lower tuition value after the first sibling, awarded for 3 days a week or greater enrollment.
- PJA families receive A 50% Sibling Discount applied to the lower tuition value after the first sibling awarded for 3 days a week or greater enrollment.

PPS Early Release
During PPS Early Release Days, students who are already scheduled to attend aftercare that day are welcome to join us for an extended day of programming, Students will head to their program at dismissal and care will run until 6 pm. There is a $30 fee to cover the additional hours of care. Please let your program coordinator know if your child is not planning on attending so that you won't be charged the early release fee and so we can accommodate other families needing care.

Summer Camp at Forest Park
Enroll Your Child in PJA Afterschool Summer Camp at Forest Park Elementary!
PJA is excited to offer care this summer at Forest Park Elementary (9935 NW Durrett St) for all kids ages 6-11. Camp will run from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday-Friday, June 23 - August 1, 2025. Below you'll find application materials. Completed applications can be emailed to CLandau@PJAproud.org.
