Auction
Thank you to all who joined us in-person and virtually for our 60th Anniversary PJA Auction!
You can still make a Mitzvah Moment gift! Make your gift by midnight this Thursday, Dec. 16. All Auction sponsorships and donations will be matched 1.5X. We extend our special thanks to Jay and Diane Zidell for matching every Mitzvah Moment gift and sponsorship, and to Steve “Rosy” Rosenberg and Ellen Lippman for their additional 50% match of these gifts.
If you have any questions, please contact Saul Korin, Director of Donor Engagement and Philanthropy, at skorin@pjaproud.org or 503.452.3427.

4:30 pm: Estimated guest arrival time for Watch Party 5:00 - 5:30 pm: Buffet Dinner Served 5:30 pm: Pre-Show Begins (Live on the "big screen") 6:00 pm Auction Begins (Live on the "big screen")
The Watch Party at the MJCC is an opportunity to come together in-person at the MJCC, similar to years past. This year, there will be no physical Live, or Silent Auction. At the Watch Party, attendees will be able to schmooze, enjoy dinner and drinks, and bid on Silent Auction items on your mobile device before watching the Live Auction on screen. Our Auctioneer, Ian Lindsay, and Co-Host, Josh Kashinsky, will not be present in the Ballroom, but will be joining us on the "big screen" starting at 6:00 pm.
Limited tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Select the In-Person + Dinner registration option to join the waitlist. $75 registration cost for the Watch Party includes a $20 in-person accommodation fee. If we are unable to accommodate you in-person, we will convert your registration to a virtual one with dinner for pick-up. You can either donate, or receive a refund for the $20 in-person accommodation fee.
All attendees of the Watch Party must be vaccinated against Covid-19 or provide negative PCR test within 72 hours of event.
Host Your Own Home Watch Party!
Another option for attending this year's hybrid Auction is registering for a virtual ticket, and hosting your own Watch Party in the comfort of your home. If you plan to host a Watch Party of your own with over 10 people, please let us know by contacting Rosanne so that we can set you up with some Watch Party goodies.
All Auction attendees, virtual or in person, whether purchasing dinner or selecting the free ticket, must register for the Auction in order to bid in the Silent and Live Auction!
Like last year's virtual Auction, our Silent Auction will be all virtual, meaning all bidding for Silent Auction items will take place on your mobile device, or computer. We plan to open up bidding online on Tuesday, December 7, and close bidding once the Live Auction event ends.
Live Auction (Virtual)
Our Live Auction will also be all virtual this year, and all bidding, whether you are at the Watch Party at the MJCC, or at your home (or someone else's), will take place on your mobile device, or computer. Live Auction bids are updated online as soon as they are placed, and our Auctioneer and Co-Host will narrate the bidding frenzy in real-time!
Everyone must register for the Auction! All Auction attendees, virtual or in person, whether purchasing dinner or selecting the free ticket, must register for the Auction in order to bid in the Silent and Live Auction, or make a donation.
When registering, if you check the box to pre-register a credit card, you will receive an email and text close to the Auction date with a personalized bidding link, and your bidding profile will be ready to use.
If you do not pre-register your credit card, you will receive an email to register for a bidding profile.
Silent items are open for bidding on our bidding page here. Items marked with "Preview Only" are Live items that will open for bidding on Auction day. Click on items to see more information on them and bid. To sort items by category, click the menu button in the top left part of your screen to open up the menu, and select which item categories you want to view. Click on the item you want and follow instructions to bid.
We are so grateful to everyone who has donated items to this year's Auction!
See our 2021 Auction Item Donors below. If you would like to donate an item to the 2021 PJA Auction, please contact Rosanne Levi, Auction Coordinator, at rlevi@pjaproud.org. PJA has the right to refuse any donation that is not suitable for the Auction.
